Hudson Mohawk Magazine hosts Tatianna Moragne and Liv Staley talked with market president Zack Metzger, who runs Laughing Earth farm with his wife, Annie, about the market’s history and success and about the community visioning workshop it was holding with Project for Public Spaces that Wednesday.
Metzger recalled a 43-degree, rainy outdoor market where shoppers and vendors were happy anyway: “Even though the weather’s bad, we’re trying to build a good economy and build like a food culture around here.”
