In the Times Union’s farmers market Q&A series, Amer Hrelja described how his Croatian family started Euro Delicacies as a caterer in 2005 and grew through farmers markets, from six a week to 25 (about 15 after COVID), making Mediterranean dishes like moussaka and spanakopita from scratch with local ingredients. The family sells at TWFM year-round.

“The way we started off was at farmers markets. We just took over.”

— Amer Hrelja, Euro Delicacies, in the Times Union
