A Times Union correction set the record straight on the downtown Troy development plans after a photo caption on the previous Tuesday’s Business cover had the locations wrong. The paper clarified that “The Troy Waterfront Farmers’ Market plans to occupy the ground floor of a new building to be built at the site of the former Troy City Hall on Monument Square at Broadway and River Street,” while the Tech Valley Center of Gravity would move to the renovated Quackenbush building at Broadway and Third Street. The item describes the market strictly as a planned ground-floor tenant of the new Monument Square building.
