A front-page photo feature marked the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market’s first outdoor Saturday of the season on River Street. The Times Union showed Capital Region residents enjoying the warm spring day and noted that Seth Jacobs, owner of Slack Hollow Farm in Argyle, and his son Kalon Jacobs were selling greens. The paper reported that the market would remain on River Street until late July, when it would move to Riverfront Park for the rest of the summer, and that it is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine, with free parking in the Uncle Sam, State Street and Fifth Avenue garages.
