Hudson Mohawk Magazine’s Andrea Cunliffe walked the summer market and stopped at Forts Ferry Farm in Latham, where Matt D’Ambrosio described the farm’s hot sauces and a store it planned to open in Hudson; Bowterra Farm of Fort Plain for oyster and lion’s mane mushrooms; The Sweetish Chef for gluten-free baked goods; and Adirondack Barkery for dog treats.
“I do it all from scratch since 2012. I go through a hundred pounds of flour per week,” said Rita Segan of Adirondack Barkery.
