In the Times Union’s farmers market Q&A series, Carmelo “Chef Tito” Alejandro told how he went from aspiring racehorse trainer to chef and started Blessings Cafe in 2015, and how, with public walk-ins at his Albany cafe ended since COVID, the business now centers on catering and its stand at TWFM. Popular items include pulled pork macaroni and cheese and the farmhouse burger.
“Our stand at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market and catering service is available to the public.”
