A three-photo spread by Record photographer J.S. Carras on the front of the Region section showed a Saturday at the market near the Troy Town Dock and Marina. Sarah Fraser, 6, of Mechanicville sat on the lap of Elena Bruning of Cambridge as they spun wool; Harriet Borton of Brunswick picked out corn; and Mary Fellows of Albany carried a handful of flowers. The caption noted the market was open Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. until October.
