WNYT reported that the market was opening its 25th outdoor season on Saturday, May 4, 2024. The station traced its growth from about 20 vendors in a parking lot by the Hudson to more than 100 across six blocks around River Street and Monument Square, with more than 15,000 visitors on its busiest days.
