Hudson Mohawk Magazine’s Lennox Apudo walked the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market on a Saturday and talked with three vendors: Jennifer of The Furies olive oil, Annie of Hudson Taconic Lands about land conservation on the Rensselaer Plateau, and Keisha of Hicks Orchard, which she called the oldest U-pick orchard in New York, about its Slyboro hard ciders.

“Oh, absolutely. I usually sell out every weekend,” Keisha said when asked about interest in the ciders.
