The Times Union reported that TWFM was moving to Riverfront Park with 43 vendors after spending May 2020 in a Russell Sage College parking lot, operating under pandemic rules: masks required, optional 20-minute reserved shopping slots, a first hour for people 60 and older, first responders and essential workers, and caps of 150 and then 250 customers at a time.

“We’re glad to be returning downtown as many shops and restaurants are also re-opening under Phase II guidelines.”

— Steve Ridler, market manager, in the Times Union
