Troy outdoor market returns Saturday, April 3 (Times Union)

The Times Union reported that TWFM’s 2021 outdoor season would start April 3 in Riverfront Park, a month earlier than usual, with more than 80 vendors as the season advanced, masks required, dogs not allowed and SNAP/EBT accepted.
