The Times Union reported that TWFM’s winter market in the Troy Atrium was on pause after COVID-19 closed public mall spaces, and that vendors were selling through stores, farm pickup, delivery and online; the market posted a list of alternatives. Steve Ridler said it was perhaps the best time of year for a hiatus and that, although some customers hoped for an early outdoor opening, the market was holding off while it worked with the county Health Department and the city on social-distancing plans.

“We’re holding off. We want to be part of the solution.”

— Steve Ridler, market manager, in the Times Union
